BAUCHI TEACHERS SERVICE DEMOTES TWO OFFICERS OVER SCHOOL PROPERTY SALE

Bauchi State Teachers Service Commission has demoted Malam Musa Ahmed, Principal of Government Day Secondary School Kirfi, and Senior Master Malam Adamu Shehu for illegally selling school property and mismanagement.

Following a thorough probe, both were downgraded by one grade and transferred to new schools. They must also refund ₦597,000 for the sold items, including beds and roofing materials. The principal owes an additional ₦72,000 to casual workers. The commission vows to work with security agencies to recover all losses.
