CAC POSTPONES NEW FEES FOR DOCUMENT DOWNLOADS TO SEPTEMBER 1

The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) delays new charges for document downloads on its upgraded registration portal to Sept. 1, citing technical challenges affecting users.

Originally set for August 1, the fee for documents not downloaded within seven days of approval will now take effect after more system fixes. CAC assures stakeholders they’re working hard to stabilize the AI-powered platform and improve the business registration experience.
