EX-JAMB REGISTRAR OJERINDE, ICPC MOVE TO SETTLE N5.2BN FRAUD CASE OUT OF COURT
Former JAMB boss Prof. Dibu Ojerinde and the ICPC are pushing for an out-of-court settlement in his long-running N5.2 billion corruption case.
Lawyers confirmed the fresh move for an administrative resolution to the Federal High Court, leading to an adjournment until October for updates. Ojerinde, facing 18 fraud and corruption charges from his time at JAMB and NECO, has pleaded not guilty. The case has included failed plea bargains and lengthy legal battles, but both sides agree talks are ongoing.
