TROOPS KILL NOTORIOUS TERRORIST “YELLOW DANBOKKOLO” IN NORTHWEST
Operation Fasan Yamma troops have eliminated Yellow Danbokkolo, a feared terrorist kingpin responsible for devastating attacks in Eastern Sokoto, including a deadly 2021 arson in Zamfara. Confirmed by Maj.-Gen. Markus Kangye, the weeklong battle ended with Danbokkolo succumbing to gunshot wounds.

Described as more dreaded than Bello Turji, Danbokkolo reportedly relied on pentazocine to fuel his brutality. Troops remain focused on capturing Turji as part of ongoing efforts to restore peace nationwide.
