Iran Conditions Nuclear Talks on U.S. Halting Further Attacks
Iran’s deputy foreign minister, Majid Takht-Ravanchi, says Tehran is open to resuming nuclear talks with the U.S., but only if Washington stops further attacks. He told the BBC that while the U.S. has expressed interest in talks, it hasn’t clarified whether it plans more strikes.
President Trump recently ordered attacks on Iran’s nuclear sites and warned he would act again if uranium enrichment concerns arise. Iran insists its nuclear program is peaceful and rejects demands to halt enrichment, calling threats of bombing “the law of the jungle.”
