Enugu Governor Peter Mbah has thrown his full support behind the National Working Committee, South-East Zonal Executive, and Board of Trustees in the ongoing PDP crisis. After a closed-door meeting with key party leaders in Enugu, Mbah expressed frustration with the party’s internal conflicts but confirmed he remains a PDP member—for now.

He stressed the South-East’s firm stance that the party must respect its position on the National Secretary role, warning the zone may reconsider its membership if ignored. Mbah described the party’s current state as an “endless circus” and urged the PDP to get its house in order.
