FIRS Rewards MSME Operator with N2 Million and Car for Tax Compliance
The Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) has awarded Raw Food and Beauty Research Ltd. N2 million and a brand-new car for outstanding tax compliance. The prize was presented at the 7th National MSME Awards in Abuja by FIRS Executive Chairman Dr. Zacch Adedeji’s representative, Mr. Dick Irri.

Adedeji praised the company’s dedication, emphasizing FIRS’s commitment to recognizing micro and small taxpayers who consistently meet their tax obligations. The awards aim to promote voluntary tax compliance and support business growth through formalization.

Key criteria for the award include timely registration, regular VAT and corporate tax filing, and prompt payments. FIRS also provides education and advisory services to help MSMEs thrive without unfairly burdening smaller or exempt businesses.
