12 Schools Make Semis in KW-IRS Virtual Quiz, Sparking Academic Buzz in Kwara
The 2025 KW-IRS Tax Club Quiz Competition is heating up as 12 secondary schools from across Kwara State clinch semi-final spots. Organized by the Kwara State Internal Revenue Service in partnership with the Ministry of Education, this year’s contest went fully digital, with 88 schools battling it out in a computer-based test.
Top schools like Deeper Life High, Saint Anthony’s, and Roemichs International from Kwara Central, along with strong contenders from Kwara South and North, will now face off in the virtual semi-finals on October 6. The best six will advance to the grand finale in Ilorin on November 6, where ₦2.5 million is up for grabs.
Organizers and educators are thrilled by the students’ digital skills and enthusiasm, calling the competition a win for tech-driven learning in Kwara.
