Qatar Summons Iranian Envoy Over Missile Strike on U.S. Base
Qatar has summoned Iran’s ambassador in Doha to condemn Iran’s missile attack on the U.S. al-Udeid base, calling it a violation of good neighborly relations. The strike followed U.S. attacks on Iranian nuclear sites in support of Israel.

Qatar stressed its commitment to dialogue and urged the UN Security Council to act swiftly for a Middle East ceasefire, warning of escalating regional risks. The al-Udeid base had been evacuated before the attack, and Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait briefly closed their airspace as a precaution.
