Acting PDP National Chairman, Alhaji Umar Damagum, has distanced the party from comments made by its Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, about INEC’s involvement in the upcoming 100th NEC meeting. Damagum clarified that Ologunagba’s statements were not authorized and do not reflect the party’s official position.
Damagum emphasized the importance of unity, discipline, and due process, assuring members that all concerns with INEC will be handled through proper channels. The PDP remains committed to holding its NEC meeting in line with constitutional and democratic norms.
